What do I need to rent your rentals?

Your date is note secured  until your retainer is paid and your rental agreement is signed. Event equipment is reserved upon signed receipt rental and a credit card on file.  50% deposit for orders over $200 and 100% for order under $200. The full balance of ther order is due in 3 business days prior to delivery. If order is to charged on a credit or debit card the balance due will be processed 1 business day prior to delivery.

Can I make last minute additions or change to my party rental order?

Yes you make last minute additions or changes to our party rental order, subject to item availability. Just keep in mind that last minute changes are subject to availability, so it's a good practice to reach out to well in advance to ensure that we can meet your requirements. We are here to help create the perfect event setup.

Do you deliver? Or Can we Pick Up?

Yes we do delivery normal delivery rates will be calculated from our locations to your event location. extra additional fees will apply if further than the delivery zones we cover you can put your address and see the delivery fees when checking out. Yes you can also pick up also with the right size truck email for details. 

What if I lose or damaged an item?

You will be charged the replacement cost on that item.

Do you set up the equipment ?

We can setup and breakdown the equipment for an extra charge email us. When we arrive make sure someone 21 or older is there and also make sure were you want it is easily to get to we do not dig or go up flights of stairs. We do not touch any other vendors equipment also.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you decide to cancel your rental, or weather prohibits installations we do not issue refunds for any reason. However, we may allow rescheduling due to the reason of cancellation based on availability. Which will be valid for one year of the signed date.

Can I get a refund if I do not used the rental ?

Unfortunately not, we charge for time out not time used.
